Kauffman Co. to Install Sprinklers for Blvd Place Galleria

Has anyone out there been following the construction of the Blvd Place Galleria? Construction has begun on Phase II of the project, which will include a Frost Bank and a Whole Foods Market, along with 211,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and office space. As you can probably guess, the thing we’re most concerned about is the space being protected by fire sprinklers. And guess what – we’ll be the ones putting them in!

Kauffman Co. has been selected to install fire sprinklers throughout the whole 21 acre facility, which is located right at the corner of Post Oak Blvd and San Felipe. We’ll be working with W.S. Bellows Construction Corp. and we anticipate everything going smoothly!

We’ll keep everyone posted about the progress of the project on the blog – stay tuned!
